The rules for using gtech.foundation: what you may and may not do here, what happens to your enquiry, and what we are not liable for.

The short version: browse, read, write to us. Do not copy our material without asking and do not try to break the site.

1. General Provisions

This User Agreement (the Agreement) sets out the relationship between Individual Entrepreneur Daniel R. Goldman (the Administration) and the person using the gtech.foundation website (the Website, the User). By using the Website, the User fully and unconditionally accepts the terms of this Agreement. The Administration may change the terms of the Agreement without prior notice. The current version is always published on the Website.

2. Subject of Agreement

The Administration allows the User to use the Website in order to:

Learn about the company's services
Look through case studies and past work
Send an enquiry or a request for services
Find contact details

The Website is informational in nature. The material published on it does not constitute a public offer under Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.

3. User Rights and Obligations

The User has the right to:

View the content of the Website freely
Send enquiries and requests through the feedback forms
Write to the Administration about how the Website works

The User undertakes to:

Follow the terms of this Agreement
Not use the Website for unlawful activity
Give accurate information in the forms
Not interfere with the operation of the Website

4. Prohibited Actions

On the Website it is prohibited to:

Copy, distribute or alter material without the Administration's consent
Harvest information by automated means
Attempt to reach the Website bypassing its normal mechanisms
Place malicious software
Take actions that interfere with the normal operation of the Website
Use the Website to send spam or advertising
Infringe the rights of third parties

5. Intellectual Property

All material on the Website, including texts, graphics, logos, images and program code, belongs to the Administration or to third parties and is protected by the copyright law of the Russian Federation. Using material from the Website without the written consent of the Administration is prohibited. Trademarks and logos of third parties mentioned on the Website belong to their owners.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Website is provided "as is". The Administration does not guarantee:

That the Website will run without interruption
That the Website will match the User's expectations
That the Website will be free of technical errors

The Administration is not liable for:

Damage arising from using the Website or from being unable to use it
The actions of third parties
The content of external resources linked from the Website

7. Feedback

By sending a message or a request through a form on the Website, the User:

Confirms that the information given is accurate
Consents to the processing of personal data under the Privacy Policy
Agrees to receive a reply from the Administration

The Administration undertakes to handle requests within a reasonable time and not to use contact details for advertising without the User's separate consent.

8. Final Provisions

This Agreement is governed by the legislation of the Russian Federation. Disputes connected with the use of the Website are resolved under the current legislation of the Russian Federation at the location of the Administration. If a court finds any provision of the Agreement invalid, the remaining provisions stay in force.
