Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy (the Policy) explains how personal data of people using the gtech.foundation website (the Website) is processed and protected. The personal data operator is Individual Entrepreneur Daniel R. Goldman (the Operator). The Policy follows Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 "On Personal Data" and other regulations of the Russian Federation on personal data protection. By using the Website and providing personal data, the User accepts the terms of this Policy.

The Operator may process the following personal data of the User:

• Full name
• Contact phone number
• Email address
• Company name and job title
• Description of the project or task
• IP address and cookie data
• Browser and device information

The Operator does not collect or process special categories of personal data: racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, health status or intimate life.

Personal data is processed only for the reason the User contacted the Operator in the first place, namely:

• To know who submitted the request through a form on the Website;
• To handle the request, enquiry or question about our services;
• To get back to the User. The phone number is needed for a quick call to clarify details when email would take too long. The email address is used to send a proposal, project materials and the correspondence that goes with them;
• To conclude and perform a service contract and a non-disclosure agreement (NDA);
• To keep a client record and a history of requests within our contractual obligations;
• To send informational and marketing material, but only where the User has given separate consent for it;
• To comply with the legislation of the Russian Federation.

Processing is carried out on a lawful and fair basis, is limited to the purposes listed above and is not excessive in relation to them (Part 5, Article 5 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ).

The Operator takes legal, organisational and technical measures to protect personal data from unlawful or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying and distribution, and from other unlawful acts by third parties:

• A person is appointed to be responsible for organising personal data processing
• Access to personal data is restricted
• Data travels over secure channels (SSL/TLS)
• Information protection tools are in use
• Backups are made regularly
• Staff are trained in how to handle personal data

The User has the right to:

• Find out how their personal data is being processed
• Require their personal data to be corrected, blocked or destroyed
• Withdraw consent to the processing of personal data
• Appeal the Operator's actions or inaction to Roskomnadzor or to a court

To exercise any of these rights, write or call using the contacts in section 8. The Operator reviews such a request within 30 days of receiving it.

The Operator does not pass personal data to third parties. There are four exceptions:

• The User has consented to the transfer
• Authorised state bodies have requested the data in the manner set by the legislation of the Russian Federation
• The transfer is necessary to perform a contract with the User
• Third parties are engaged to deliver services and are bound to keep the data confidential

For cross-border transfers, the Operator ensures that the rights of personal data subjects remain properly protected.

Personal data is kept for as long as the processing purposes require, but no longer than the User's consent remains valid and no longer than the period set by the legislation of the Russian Federation. Once the purposes are met or the storage period ends, personal data is destroyed or anonymised. Data is stored on servers located in the Russian Federation, as required by Part 5, Article 18 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ.

The Policy is a public document and is published on the Website. The Operator may change the Policy. A new version takes effect the moment it appears on the Website.
