What we have built

Challenge

Issuing a card took 5–7 days. KYC and AML checks were done by hand by compliance officers, and every new market doubled operating costs. Up to 30% of applications were lost during document verification.

Solution

We built a modular platform under the bank's own brand: identity verification providers (Sumsub, Onfido), electronic document signing, configurable roles and a full action log. Deployed on Kubernetes with a 99.9% availability guarantee.

Challenge

Reception could not keep up. Doctors spent up to 40% of an appointment collecting symptoms and history, and queues kept growing. One patient in four booked the wrong specialist.

Solution

We built a chatbot that interviews the patient before the visit: it clarifies symptoms, checks the clinic's own clinical protocols and suggests which doctor to see. The doctor opens the chart with the history already filled in.

Challenge

Nobody knew for sure who had shown up on site. Timesheets diverged from reality by as much as 15%, and the only way to check how busy a site was involved phoning the foreman.

Solution

We built a mobile app: workers check in and out inside a geofence, and the app records a photo and coordinates. The data flows into the payroll system, and management sees a summary in Power BI.

Challenge

Perishables were written off at 8%, while bestsellers kept running out, with stockouts reaching 12%. Ordering was planned centrally, with no regard for what each individual store was actually selling.

Solution

We trained a model on sales history, weather, promotions and local events, more than 50 factors in all. It calculates an order for every item in every store and sends it without a manager in the loop.

Challenge

The exchange needed industrial-grade custody: multi-signature wallets, separated hot and cold storage, transaction screening for money laundering, and readiness for the EU's MiCA regulation.

Solution

We designed the custody architecture: keys live in a hardware security module, large operations require several approvals, and every transaction is screened through Chainalysis as it happens.

Challenge

Six systems and no single place to look. Dispatchers spent three hours a day merging data by hand. The arrival time promised to the customer held up in 67% of cases.

Solution

We built one web platform: a live map of every trip, a model that recalculates arrival time from traffic and weather, and automatic alerts when a vehicle drifts off schedule.
