We count results, not hours
At the start we agree on the numbers that will tell us it worked. We look at them together with you, not just at how fast the code appears.
We flag problems early
Once a week you get a report: what is done, what is stuck, where the budget is going. We try to bring bad news before it gets expensive.
We work in one team with you
Your people and ours sit in the same chat and the same tracker. That way a decision takes an hour instead of a week of email.
How this works in practice
Every project has someone on our side who understands not just the code but why you are building it. That is the same person who shows up to meetings with your management.
The project manager owns the deadlines and the quality. If something goes wrong, you hear it from them, not from a report at the end of the month.
We often work with data the client is answerable to a regulator for. So encryption, access logs, role-based permissions and an incident procedure are set up by default, following SOC 2 and ISO 27001 practice.
We sign the non-disclosure agreement before you send us the first document. We can work remotely or sit in your office.
